Go Rhino Xpress, LLC ("GRX," "we," "us") is a courier and logistics company at 8735 Dunwoody Place, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia. This policy covers gorhinoxpress.com and the forms on it.

• Quote and moving requests: name, phone, email, organization, pickup and delivery addresses, preferred date and time, service type, handling notes, home size, moving inventory and supply requests.
• Move reviews: your ratings and comments, name, email, optional phone, move date, carrier and crew names, and whether you allow us to share your review.
• Job applications: the details you provide when applying to drive for GRX.
• Driver training and safety records: driver ID, training progress, test scores and incident reports submitted by GRX drivers.
• Automatic information: basic device, browser and usage data collected by our website host for security and site performance.

Please do not enter patient health information on this website. Specimen and patient details for medical deliveries are handled through our agreements with healthcare clients, not through website forms.

3. How we use it

• To respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule service and complete deliveries and moves.
• To send confirmations, updates and follow-up questions about your request.
• To review service quality, train our team and improve our process.
• To review job applications and manage driver safety and compliance.
• To protect our website from spam and fraud, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Who we share it with

• Licensed moving carriers: for moving requests, we share the details needed to perform your move with the licensed Georgia household goods carrier named on your written estimate. That carrier may use them only for your move.
• Service providers: companies that host our website, store form submissions and send email for us, under their own security obligations.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, regulators, or to protect the safety and rights of our customers, drivers or the public.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

5. Reviews

Reviews go privately to GRX management. We publish a review only if you check the box allowing it, and then only with your first name and last initial. We never edit the meaning of a review or offer rewards for positive ones.

6. How long we keep it

We keep request, move and review records for as long as needed to provide service, handle claims and meet legal and regulatory record-keeping rules, generally up to three years after service. Driver safety records are kept as required by transportation regulations.

7. How we protect it

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Only staff and partners who need it to do their job can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@gorhinoxpress.com or call (470) 628-3884. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
